Conditions of Sale

1. Credit terms: 30 days from date of invoice.
2. Notification of shortages or damaged goods must be within 3 days.
3. Title of goods does not pass until all sums owing are paid in full.
4. The company reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue invoices.
